Ethos

I believe in the Visual Arts as an interconnected language that enhances diversity, empathy, and cultural awareness.

As an educator and Visual Artist, I aim to co-create an interdisciplinary space with students, fostering creativity through emotional intelligence. I aspire to nurture a community of artists where dialogue magnifies experiential learning through agency, and collective reflections, ultimately resulting in artistic creations that deeply connect with diverse audiences.

August 2022 - Present

  • Development of MYP units following student's needs and choices while integrating intercultural competencies and ATL Skills in connection to inquiry and IDUs. 

  • Encourage dialogue in support of multicultural perspectives. Presentation of internal PD for faculty and parent workshops.

  • Member of the DEIJ committee.

  • Accreditation coordinator for WASC & CIS, overseeing the re-accreditation process in Pathway 2 for the current academic year.
